Conference Support

Invitation Letters

If you require an official invitation letter from the WONCA Europe conference to support your visa application, please contact us at woncaeurope2024@guarant.cz
In your email, please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Your nationality
• Your passport number
• Your affiliation (if applicable)

We will be happy to provide you with an invitation letter once your registration is confirmed.

Scientific Committee Confirmation (if applicable)

Some visa applications may require confirmation from the scientific committee regarding your participation in the conference.
If you require such confirmation, please note this in your email request for an invitation letter.
We will reach out to the scientific committee on your behalf or you can contact them directly at  woncaeuropedublin@icgp.ie

Please note:

• Issuing an invitation letter or contacting the scientific committee does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.
• The decision rests solely with the embassy or consulate responsible for your application.
• We encourage you to submit your visa application well in advance of the conference to allow sufficient processing time.
