    • Please indicate the appropriate Conference topic for a parallel stream of your preference.
    • A EACME Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form is mandatory for all presenters associated with an abstract (not for all listed co-authors).
    • Completing this form is required by European Accreditation Council on CME (EACCME®). Presenters who do not submit this form will not be allowed to present at the Conference.

    • If a presenter is presenting in several presentations, they must submit their COI form with each abstract that they are a presenter.
        • You can download the form here to prepare it in advance and save it to your computer for use later or for use with multiple abstracts if you are presenter in more than one.
        • Alternatively, you can also download it from the online abstract submission form during the process of submitting an abstract, complete it and upload as you go.

    • Abstracts have to be written in English.
    • Presentations are not marketing opportunities for particular products or services, and submissions of this nature will not be considered.
    • Submissions should be no longer than 250 words.
    • Submissions should be text only. No diagrams, illustrations, tables, or graphics.
    • All submissions should follow the conference submission template:
      • Title: Make the title of the abstract brief, clearly indicating the nature of the abstract proposal/research area. Use a capital letter for the first letter in the title only (DO NOT capitalize each word). The maximum length of the title is 20 words.
      • Names of the authors: Submit full given name(s) and a full family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles.
      • Use third person narrative (e.g., "Treatment of xxx will be presented") rather than first person (e.g., "I will discuss").

      • Within the body of the submission, when using abbreviations, spell out the name in full at the first mention and follow with the abbreviation in parentheses.
      • Do not include any product name, company names, or anything that may identify you or your company in the submission.
      • Double-check spelling and grammar. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure their text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors.
    • Please adhere to the content structure of your contribution that is given here.

The Conference Organiser will not be held responsible for submission errors caused by internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events. Submitters will receive notification of the outcome of their submission by 20th July 2024.
